DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH OFFERWIRE! The modem I ordered turned out not to be compatible with my Comcast connection. When I called Offerwire to get return instructions, I got "the run around". They wanted to trouble shoot the modem!!! I told them, "there's nothing wrong with it, it just doesn't work with my system". Then I was told I couldn't get a refund but I could exchange it for the same modem...these people are idiots!!!
