It has been ONE year since I had requested for a transfer of my land line Tel no - 28513293, Subscriber Name- Sonia Kutty ( my wife ). First I was made to run between the HRBR office and Ramamurthy nagar office and then commitments that the transfer shall be effected withing a weeks time for the last one year.
