I am a Cellone post paid customer for the last 3 years. Previously I was using Rs 325/- plan and the service-especially the signal quality was ok. But from the time i had converted /upgraded (downgraded?) the plan to One -India I am getting abnormally poor signal quality. I am not being able to talk for 2 or even 3 min everytime the call is getting disconnected. I have complained repeatedly to the customer care but all their rosy promises the quality has not improved a bit.
