I am staying in Munnekollal, manjunatha layout. The wireless set from the BSNL did not work for about a month. On 2nd August 2006 I took the phone to the Brookefields department, since I was told that the wireless set needed re-programming. After submitting the phone to them and running many times they said that the programme is not there etc. Then in September they said that the phone is having fault and it has been sent for replacement.
