I called this business after receiving a letter of collection on a credit card debt. I was treated abruptly, which I expected from a collection agency, but it soon esculated into inappropriate hostile accusiations- when after I explained to the staff associate that I in fact was a victim of identity theft. I would had expected some understanding and helpful direction in assisting them as well as myself in solving the matter. Instead I recieved cold-hearted, close-minded accusation.
