For the second time in less that one month UPS has managed to not deliver. The driver scanned that there was nobody present to receive I had been sitting in my balcony for 2 1/2 hours waiting for the delivery. NO UPS truck, driver, or otherwise showed up. I called because they told me delivery would be around 7PM, I called at 7:30 to be told the driver was gone, the central was also closed, so I could no pick it up either.
