I am very disappointed with this. This is not what I was promised or agreed too. I was to receive 2 receivers at no charge. Free DVR. I was never told of any protection plan. I was never told of DVR service fee. Now I am being charged for this. I do not think you represented service as it is billed. I think you have totally misrepresented this service. read full review »
