I purchased Dish Network on an advertised special 12/24/09. What a nightmare..THe system does not work properly and never has. The advertised special did not include what it said, to get it right took multiple ad ons, I am being billed for service fees and the technicians claim the inbstallation is incorrect and I should not be billed. I was suposed to get a credit every month for one year and they keep telling me they credit the account but since they force you to have direct billing to a credit card they just charge what ever they want to... read full review »
