I have been charged a fee on $49.99 per month for a service that was never authorized by me. This charge has been billed through my AT&T bill from a third party biller called Payment One Corp. I contacted the company which told me that one of my employees had authorized the transaction and that they had a recording to prove it which they could not provide at that moment, but said they would call me back within 24-48 hours with a playback of the recording.
