I bought a 10 x10 waterproof pole tent with sides. When I went to put it together the side tarps are 9 feet 6 inches. The tarp bag is even labled 9 ft 6 in. I called them and they agreed that was wrong but wanted me to send them a photo of the trap bag. They said they would send the right size tarps to me. After waiting several days I call back to the same person to see why the tarps weren't here and she now tells me that was the right tarps.
