I bought 2 dvd players for my car and 3 year extended warranty. Less than a year my dvd player stop playing so I called to claim warranty. The ONLY warranty rep. name Cindy who seem to have the worst day of her life or just a bitch gave me and wife the worst service of our life. Even though it was a wear problem she said we have to talk to manufacture to see if they will cover it and they will CHARGE US for new dvd players.
