I HATE THIS COMPANY SO MUCH. I went to a Cricket store and handed them my new address and they will did not change it correctly. Therefore I have received no bill a month and a half later. Every week I have to call and check on this company. It took three requests to get my address changed. Then I had to call and get an address to send a payment to since I have received no bill.
