We bought a HD mower from Home Depot. When we opened the box, we found that the protection board was missing, the plastic bag covers nothing, there was gas and engine oil in the mower, there some though not much dirt noticed on the wheel. The worse part of it is that at the store, we asked two associates (young man and lady) whether I need to buy engine oil. They had to open the box and did not find or did not tell us that the box was opened before and the mower was used.
