Greetings, I (like many others) am currently experiencing difficulty with the financial aid department at Kaplan University. My documents never appear when they are sent and no one seems to know where they are going. I have completed some of them for the current semester close to a dozen times with no luck at all. Also I have recently received an email which states that the majority of documents that I have submitted since begining are either incorrect or missing.
