Upon being inconvienced for a third time to have to go onto a Chase Bank branch to inform that a wire transfere still had not been completed, I was asked to wait for an hr and when I refused to, I was treated very rudely by several bank reps with nasty attitudes even though it was due their incompetance as employees and even the Mngr. Sandra was not even familar on how to complete my wire transfere of monies, from my Chase account to an external bank card.
