I called to have installed at my new resadent and also was offered 2 dvr and i said yes that would be fine .. man shows up and does every thing and as he is leaving i ask were are my dvrs and he says another man will drop them buy next day ... will i waited and no dvrs ... i call and they say i can have dvrs for a additional 49.95 .. i said they were suppose to come with the set up and they say the installer said that i did not what them.. so i have been fighting for a week and still no dvrs and they keep giving me a hard time with the phone... read full review »
