I will never order online from HD again! I waited 2+ weeks for an order that was supposed to ship 2-5 days after placing. Furthermore, after trying to cancel the shipment, they finally contact and say it has already shipped! I needed this product asap, was in the middle of remodeling, so I decided I would just take it once it arrived. When it arrived, it was damaged!!! HD said I would have to re-order and do a full return for the damaged pieces. And wait another 2-3 weeks. Bad, bad, bad. I will stick to Lowe's. After reading these and other horror stories online, I will never do business with them again!!! read full review »
