Purchased 3 Magic Jacks for myself and two daughters so they could call their grandmother. Worked great for a short time but now they are having issues not being able to call certain areas. They say they are working on fixing the problem. This have been going on for weeks now. Just how long does it take to fix. They have no idea. Should have paid attention to all the complaints issued on them. Beware their reliability and concern for fixing their problems seems to be null and void. Their only concern and commitment is to rip you off and get your money not to service what they sell. read full review »
