Hello - I'm not an AARP member but writing on behalf of my Mother, who is. Her and my Dad (who has passed away) have been members for 20 - 25 years. They have their home owners insurance through you (Hartford) also and have been paying premiums for the duration without once collecting on anything. This leads to my complaint; there was a hard thunder/lightning storm that hit over my Mom's house last week and blew out her TV and console control on her treadmill.
