we purchased the product last july 2006 if i'm not mistaken. since then we were not able to use the product very well. the water dispenser was not properly installed. then barely one year the product did not operate well. according to the servicemen, because of power flactuation, then we were advised to use a an Automatic Voltage Regulator. We did! but not so long after the unit did not operate again. we call a servicemen who came to check the unit after six months just to advise us that there was a trouble on a unit... read full review »
