I was one of the fortunate ones - my system worked fine for the most part, but tech support for the most part, was non-existent (never returned calls, rude customer service rep, etc). There was an exception or two, but for the most part, tech support was NON-existent. I've still got the same system 4 years later, but the only thing original in it still is the motherboard and CPU (Cyrix P166). Everything else has been upgraded/replaced.
