The product is defective. This is the third time this unit is sent back to the Houston Service center for repair. The first time I got it back in 6 or 7 weeks. The second time, I got it back in two days, only to find out they did not replace my motherboard as promised, but replaced the RUBBER FEET at the bottom of my unit. The problem returned as I knew it would, and I have not gotten it back yet. It has been over two months since I contacted HP about this problem.
