BEWARE! Zooscape is scammers inc! This is what the contents of other reviews seem to suggest as all of us, dissatisfied customers, had to go through: the wait (one month, in my case); the lack of communication (no order confirmation and no news if I had not called); poor customer service (a vague excuse and white lies about the items being back ordered but "they should come in the next two days"); not receiving the products ordered and paid for; customer service tries to offer free shipment as an incentive for customers not to cancel... read full review »
