I scheduled a carpet cleaning on 7/28/10 for 7/29/10 from 10 to 11 a.m. with Mr. Steamer. The cost was inexpensive with a ValPak coupon, so I should have done my homework but ValPak generally When they didn't show at the specified time, I called.
