I had applied for a loan at Cholamandalam Bank during December 2007. The bank had sanctioned only 30, 000 to which I disagreed as I needed 40, 000. The manager requested me to wait until they e-mail to their Head Office at Chennai and clarify as to sanction the requested loan amount. I was pregnant (ninth month) and still waited for two hours.
