Ordered a trial kit to try out product. Didn't like it. Called a month later to cancel subscription so they won't send me monthly kits and bill me. Got a bill six months later asking me for payment of something they shipped. I called to inquire. The customer service agent confirmed that I don't have an open account and that they were the ones who owed me money since they billed my PayPal account for the shipment that did not arrive.
