I originally got a mortgage through charter bank under the hero program and a few months later I found out that they sold my mortgage to bank of albuquerque which is located in tulsa oklahoma. I made my payments every month even when the transition occurred and after the second or third payment I was informed that a 30 day late payment had been reported to the credit bureaus and a late fee assessed because my payment had been received after the last day of the month.
