I gave the gentlemen that they gave me to helpme, 24 hours of time to solve my problem. I gave him all the information required to fix such a problem. Let me tell you what I was trying to fix.I had a Ignitor switch that was the problem that needed to be replaced. I had a stove that was made in 1989 and I gave him serial # model# and told him what the problem was. He said after 24 hours about 20 texts, because they willnot talk on phone, that they no longer make parts for this stove. I asked him if he could cross the #'s off the switch... read full review »
