I have read with dismay some of the many complaints regarding ACS Student Loan services. My loans were transferred to them by Wachovia. They have been crediting only one account with my payments rather than posting to each of them. I've been trying to get this cleared up for several weeks but am still getting letters and phone calls from them and from a collection agency.
