We started the modificaion prcess about 1 year ago. Submitted all the required paperwork. Set us up on a temporarily reduced payment. He kept calling them. They would say everything is in order-waiting on your case to go to the committee.Call back in 1 week. Call back in 2 weeks. Nothing. Finally we recieved a letter saying we were granted the modification and what our new payment was. We had to call the payment in and they had no idea what we were talking about.
