I have a bsnl prepaid connection whose no.is 9431754515.I am not able to send messages through my mobile to others from dec 2008.Ihave made many complains to bsnl customer care but the problem is not short out.I have now activated the GPRS connection but it also not working properly.i have again consulted the customer care the result is the same as earlier. please take neccesary action to solve my problem. read full review »
