I have used this bank for over 14 years and they are going downhill. They charged me inactivity fees last month. I seen the statement when it was mailed & I immediately went down to the bank and asked for an explaination of the charges. They said they sent a letter out last month notifying everyone of these new charges. I moved last month from my current address but changed my address at the post office when I did that.
