Truely this company is out of control. I blame poor management. The United States government needs to break up this monopoly again and start over. Their service to businesses is third world at best. Do not every try to change or correct anything. They WILL screw it up. Really I am not kidding. Business owners beware. They will scam you with everything they do. Contracts. Upgrades. Service calls.
