I purshased through my pc, with play.com, A book and accompanying tape, (French for starters) The book arrived but no accompanying tape. I subsequently sent the book back, as per the companys returns policy. I was credited to my account the cost of the book, but a reduced ammount for the postage, ( the compant advises when returning goods, to record same, ie, proof of postage ) Several days later, i received a copy of the same book i had returned, i sent that back, recorded delivery.
