I purchased many items From DSN in their early years and got some very nice items, but they were inconsistent in quality so some were sent back with no problems. Based on these positive experiences I sent my great grandmother's platinum bar pin to them asking them to source some replacement stones for some that were missing from the pin. The replacement stones needed were unusual cuts so they needed the pin to get correct sized/cut stones.
