Most of the Hp laptop customer get irritated from the hp service center. Hp pavilion dv series laptop get failure after 1 year warranty. It is get failure because of heat generation inside the system. It is basically manufacture defect. but hp is not accepting the failure. In hp service centre for repairing the problem, they are asking amount above 20, 000. This type of bad quality product hp is distributing to world wide. Please take action. This problem still continuing in hp service centre. Otherwise unrepaired hp product will go to dustbin. this will cause major problem in environment related activities. read full review »
