I took this transcription course and my experience was that the owner, Deborah Burns, was not helpful nor did she anwer my questions. She was elusive, cold and non-caring. The workbook, manual and CD recordings are poor quality. The manual which I was to use as a guide had many typographical errors and misspelled words. It's my opinion that this company is more interested in their bottom line rather than the success of it's students/clients. read full review »
