I too have been scammed by AVG. I bought their bundle product (Anti-Virus 2011 and PC Tuneup) on April 10. I called their Customer Support (2 times) and each time was transfered to Tech Support. The reason I cannot finish the download/install because they never sent me the license codes. The last time I called I was on the telephone and was told so many times that they did not have my email address in their data base.
