I was In Your Burlington Ma Store for one noone came to me to help me i was ignored by all employees even the mgrs and also got dirty looks all i was trying to do was find a book and with some of those employees getting them to help is like pulling teeth a while back I had a rude person who was a supervisor of some sort I thnk her name tag said Marie she was a miserable person to deal with I remember because she was rude I will bever shop a barned a noble again and this comp surely doesnt deserve to be up there with cust service most... read full review »
