I bought a HP mini laptop online through Future shop and received in within a week and in that week the laptop had errors stating that files are missing or corrupt. I called HP support and they explained to me that it was out of warranty... I just received this laptop! So I bought an extended warranty for a year and this was on October 20th, 2010. I received the email stating that I purchased it. I own 2 laptops and the mini is one the does not get used very often. I reloaded windows back into the laptop and it worked for another week.
