Had some issues with this device in the last year, but deciced to renew. Since then, I can not make phone calls to my family which is the only reason that I got this stupid thing. She lives 20 miles away and I call and get three beeps and then nothing. Been contacting customer service for almost one month and getting no where. Keep getting transferred to one of the top 10 percent of agents-no one wants to do their job. Very frustrating. read full review »
