My debit card was compromised and I had to cancel it and order another. Meanwhile, the monthly fee for one of my Iomega iStorage accounts came due and was declined for automatic processing. In the email - they instructed me to login and change my payment info. BUT they had DEACTIVATED my account and the login failed. The instructions in the email did not provide a viable solution.
