Earlier this month, I ordered a wig from International Wig for an upcoming costume party. Based on their extremely drawn out description of their shipping policy (designed, I believe, to confuse customers into opting for more expensive, upgraded shipping), I understood that the order may take UP TO 14 business days to arrive, but I had the time to wait.
