Avoid Service Magic’s lead program. They blatantly swindle business customers. On May 19th we (a roofing company) authorized a $450.00 package to try out Service Magic’s lead program. After doing so, we found that the leads were not good (at all) and decided to cancel. On June 9, 2010 we called and cancelled. We were told that we had credit left that could not be refunded.
