I shipped 11 boxes from Nebraska to Texas. When received I found every single box was damaged. This wasn't just small damage. I had lots of breakage. And because this stuff was packed in bubble-wrap it was clear the contents was damaged not simply by rough handling, but this stuff had to have been THROWN and far. The sad thing was I paid thru the a-s to insure this stuff. I talked with UPS TWICE, and they refused to do absolutely anything. Of course as a result, I do not ship anything UPS any longer. I also inform various commercial sources that if they must ship UPS, I will not place an order. read full review »
