I purchased a hair removal package from the Newport News, Va location, which consist on 6 treatments. I have been trying for about 2 weeks to make an appt for my 3rd treatment and can't seem to get anyone to return my phone calls. On the 5th attempt, someone did answer the phone and I realized it was switched to the Virginia Beach location (about an hour away).
