On July 27th, I asked for help setting up my Belkin Router: I agreed to pay for 1/2 hour service: The company changed the amount of time to one full hour - during that time, my problem could not be resolved: I was switched from one assistant to a 'group' - within the alloted time, I got no answers to my problem.
