I made a purchase from this company (Red Envelope) and the purchase itself was satisfactory. I found they began charging me at different times during the month $14.95 for some dubious rewards program that I didn't sign up for nor use. When I called they tried to send me to someonelse and I had to be rude to get handled then and there. The rep. first told me that she was a middle person and would have to send me to "them" to get the billing stopped. When I asked who "them" were she said red envelope.
