I bought a Magic Jack to use from a local Walgreens on Baymeadows Rd and San Jose. I used the Magic Jack a few weeks and it stopped working. I jumped through the hoops it takes to get to the online chat customer dis-service. After a half hour, several clicks, downloads and restarts, the device started working again. Great! Two days later, I can't reach my family wife/kids on the Magic Jack phone while I'm out of town. I sat down at the computer to grind through the same horse and pony show one last time.
