I ordered Magic Jack 45 days ago. I can't dial out or receive phone calls. When I do get calls they go straight to voicemail.I contacted the chat help (which is the only way to talk with them) and they kept upgrading me to better service untill I reached the top 10% tech bye all the customers??? Who?? He did not fix anything ran me threw some upgrade and trouble shooting and then asked if I wanted THEM TO FIX IT ON "LIVE LOOK" !!! which told me I needed to upgrade my Java then call/chat back.
